Founder/ClinicianHello, my name is Casey. I have been in the human service field for over 20 years. I enjoy the simple things in life: gardening, and spending time with loved ones. I want to consider myself to be well-rounded, compassionate, and supportive in general while empowering the ability to be direct.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and hold a strong belief that everyone has a right to choice!
I enjoy working with both adults & couples in areas such as trauma-related stressors, conflict resolution, OCD, depression, and anxiety as well as professionals dealing with compassion fatigue.
In treatment, I utilize an eclectic approach including but not limited to solution-focused, CBT, EMDR, and supportive counseling.
